All items available for purchase from Aluminium Rainflow are made to order and are therefore non-returnable for refund. Orders can be cancelled if submitted in writing before manufacture has begun. In some cases, a partial refund can be given if the order has not yet been completed and ready for despatch.

If the items delivered are faulty or incorrect then replacements will be provided as long as we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
